Wonderful Peruvian Comfort Food

Moving is always a stressful thing. My best friend and I were moving into our own house after living in so many apartments. We were just so excited. We both come from Vermont and always loved visiting friends in Connecticut so the first chance we got, we moved there. Our first night in our house we were so excited to have a place to call our own. We had boxes piled in all of the rooms, we didn’t really have furniture anywhere; I mean when it came time to dinner we were eating out of take out containers and using some of our boxes as a table. The food is what completely made the night! It was Peruvian food from this Norwalk CT Restaurant, Fiesta Limena. Seriously, some of the best food I’ve ever eaten. It’s weird how much food can mean and make a moment but that one night with our rice and meat it just really made us feel like we made the right decision to move to CT.
