What Makes the White Men different from Black Men?

It’s quite sad to note that many black men have given up dating black women. Because of the “shortage” of men so to speak, black women dating white men has increased. It makes me wonder however what the white men see in black women. Surely the reasons why black men gave up black women are substantial, considering that they are from the same race or color? For example, black men complain that they are no longer submissive; are they submissive to the white man? So what’s in the white man that makes them accepting of having black women for a date?
