She has Nailed her Job Duties

The project development team is working hard and the reports coming in are great. When I first hired the new project manager, I knew her reputation well. She helped to get several projects off the ground with other companies, and her success rate was jaw dropping. The project management duties are demanding. She has nailed them every single time. She is able to plan, organize and manage things while keeping an eye on the bottom line. I was excited when she agreed to come to work for us. Because of her efforts we are looking at a thirty percent gain and it is growing. The phones will soon be ringing; I am sure.
