My wife and I have finally paid off this house and now we are starting to look into buying another one. We haven’t decided whether or not we are going to sell our old house or hold on to it and keep it as a rental property. I suppose it all going to come down to how much our next house is going to cost. We are looking at possibly buying one of those foreclosures in Conyers. There are a few that both my wife and I think would be a great investment.
