The seller financing contract came out of the printer and that making of the contract took less than five minutes. “Impressive.” said their boss. “Now, let’s compare it with this contract that I have in hand.” James put on his reading glasses and went over the two documents.
“Impressive.” he said again as he gave back the document to Allison. Joey looked knowingly to Allison as their boss beamed like a glowing sun, impressed with the ingenuity of his team. “You are going to go places in this company. I like the initiative, very well done job for both of you and a very impressive contract.”
