Not all the vegetables help you in getting rid of Stomach Fat. These are only the leafy vegetables like spinach and broccoli which help you in doing so. Even, not all the leafy vegetables will dissolve your belly fat. These are the leafy vegetables which have a high amount of fiber content. Arugula and romaine are other examples. The leafy vegetables become a great burner of fat because they have a large amount of fiber content in them but with few calories. They are also good antioxidants. So, choose leafy vegetables which are with high fiber content and add them in your food daily. This accompanied with a bit of physical exercise will do a magic on your belly fat.
