Fulfillment is the one aspect of a business that can make or break it. Some consider your fulfillment process the most important aspect of your business. If your business was a car, then the fulfillment process would be the wheels. Fulfillment keeps your business moving in the direction you want it to. Fulfillment can be tedious for any business, but can especially cause trouble in smaller companies. Being that it is so important some smaller companies may focus their entire efforts on the fulfillment process, and may have some efforts taken away from things like growing your business.
