Dealing with Ecoli in a Fully Organic Method

In the world of organic foods, there are many things that will be different from the conventional way of bringing food to market. When meat or poultry is at issue, there are often a huge amount of hormones and antibiotics that are noticeably missing. However, there are other issues as well. That issue is making sure that contaminates like ecoli do not rear their ugly head. This will normally mean that an organic approach needs to be taken even when it comes to cleaning and sanitizing things like machinery used in the food processing. In addition, counter tops, floors and other surfaces will need an organic based cleaner in order for the product to be fully organic.
