Laura has been trying to talk Kevin into finding a new apartment. They had lived in the same apartment for the last 10 years. Whenever they tried to get hold of anyone in maintenance to correct a problem, they were never around. It takes forever to get anything fixed and sometimes it can be something very important like a water leak.
