Elected Officials Upset with Pay Day Loan Companies

December 5th, 2009

The day before yesterday, while I was inattentively listening to the 6:30 news updates on my way back to my bungalow from shopping, I detected a message that genuinely clutched my total attention. The congressmen in Arkansas are attempting to stop all payday advance financing immediately. As the newsperson was revealing the story, I started to fume! The clueless lawmakers are pointing the finger at No Fax Payday Loans lending for producing financial problems for the impoverished and they profoundly deduce that payday loan clients must be defended. I thought to myself, that possibly they should also focus on loan companies that demand large charges for overdrafts, water corporations that accumulate late charges and fees to re-connect service, and large credit card companies that suddenly unveil undue interest rates.
