Ever since it became acceptable to apply for divrce, the divorce rates started escalating.It’s unimaginable how many divorce lawyers populate cities of all sizes.The optimal outcome is a negotiated settlement between spouses.Whenever spouses can’t see eye to eye, the legal issues in play are left to the court.If spouses can in any way settle before trial, that is much better than a dramatic trial.The worst trials are when the kids testify.It’s awful to watch youngsters torn in the middle of 2 battling parents.Going through divorce without an attorney can save a lot of heartache, energy, and resources.If two spouses can’t agree on anything, then not using a lawyer might not be a good solution.
