Minimum armory of capital is: Direct Broker- Rs.50, 00,000; Reinsurance Broker- Rs.2, 50, 00,000; Composite Broker- Rs.2, 50, 00,000. Foreign participation, if any, should not exceed. Remuneration Insuring broker shall be paid or contract to be paid by way of remuneration of Accident compensation claim. Including royalty or license lees or way of remuneration, including botfly or license administration changes but such overborne sensation can be change. On direct general insurance business 10 percent of the premium on that part of the business which is compulsory under any statute or any law in force;12 percent of the premium on others.
