With the costs of a person receiving care as they age whether it be that they live in a nursing home or need care at home, it’s a wonder more people don’t look into long term care insurance ratings sooner in life. The stress if you don’t that you put on your loved ones becomes immense if they need to call out of work all the time or quit their job to care for you. On top of the high costs you may be incurring, the amount of lost income on their part will never be recovered. Plus, the loss for them to save for their retirement is an added loss. Do your family a favor and look into long term health insurance.
