When Cooking in A Microwave

February 4th, 2010

When you use a microwave or a microwave drawer to cook, there are still plenty of things that can lead to disaster.  Make sure you cover your food with something.  Even a paper towel is all it takes sometimes to keep things from splattering all over and making everything a mess.  Also, make sure you use a microwave safe container.  Some metal objects can spell disaster by sparking while in a microwave, and leave you with undesired and unexpected results.  Also keep in mind that microwaves can make things really hot, and that it is probably a good idea to let food sit for a little while so you don’t burn yourself trying to eat it prematurely.
