When setting out to build dream home, my husband and I didn’t know where to start. We wanted someone with an eye (and skills) for quality and beauty, but also wanted to find a builder who would take into consideration our family’s needs and lifestyle. We wanted to find someone who could build a luxury estate type of home on the lot we’d found in Dallas’ prestigious Preston Hollow area.
Of all the home builders Dallas has to offer – and there are a lot – we finally decided on Andria Lai to build our little palace. Her company, Bella Estates, is one of the few privately held building contractors in the DFW metro who builds with cash. In these times of economic uncertainty, they don’t have to rely on bankers to provide construction loans to finish your project, so you never have to worry about unforeseen delays!
