Compassion

My sister passed away within an hour of her birth. As you can imagine, our family was devastated. My mom and dad were unable to care for the four young children still at home. Not only did North Dallas Funeral Home help make arrangements for the baby, they also contacted my mom’s best friend to come get us until my grandmother could arrive. The caring and compassion they showed our family was beyond compare. The staff went the extra step and I can’t say enough good about them. My grandmother has never forgotten this and, in pre-planning her funeral arrangements, knew exactly who to call.
