An Arch in Our Post and Beam Entryway

When we were building our house my wife and I were kind of in a predicament. We both disagreed on several things in our house, but mostly it was the entryway. A small thing to disagree about, but it turns out that the entryway was a very important factor to her. She felt very strongly that the entryway had to have an arch in it. It represented the roundness of life and it was always a symbol that would invite anyone and everyone to enter into it. So for sure now, her argument won, obviously, and so our post and beam entryway has an arch.
