My best friend is saving $150 a month

My best friend has a condo that is two stories high. She was spending a lot of money on her electric bill and decided that she wanted to do something to save money. She got some radiant barrier attic insulation and installed it in the upper part of her condo. She said that it has already saved her $150 a month. She is wondering how much money she will save when she installs it on the lower part of her condo as well. She is so amazed with the savings and is recommending it to all of her friends and family.
