This is a small food dehydrator which comes with 4 drying trays, and has the total drying area of only 4 square feet. The size of the trays are 12 x 12 inches. Each tray is supported individually on its own shelf, and it makes it easy to slide it in or out. They are made from polycarbonate. You can wash them in dishwasher. It also has a adjustable thermostat which allows the adjustment of the temperature from 95 to 155 degrees Fahrenheit. You can dry with this food dehydrator fruit, meat, fish, vegetables, herbs etc. The price of this food dehydrator is 105.95$.
