Does Anyone Kow Someone Who Will Deliver Flowers To A Hospital Room

Where can you find a really good florist? I have called several in town and so far all of them have been less than friendly. I thought if you were a business, then you would at least be friendly to your potential customers. All I need is some Flowers sent to my grandmother in the hospital. She is having surgery and I thought maybe that would cheer her up. But none of the places are willing to take them to her room. They want to leave them in the lobby for someone else to take to her. Which may never happen.
