Same Old, Same Old

We all seem to ahve our favorite exercises to do on any given day at the gym.  But for many of us its the same exercises.  Dont get me wrong the proven exercises are great exercises to be doing.  But there are other effective exercises out there that you may have over looked or forgotten about that you might want toom give a try to shake up your workout a bit. Lat shrugs are a great exercise for your back.  When you are weight lifting there really is an abundance of different exercises that you can be doing to get into shape.
