New ways to lose weight

You would think that by now we have exhausted all the possible ways to lose weight, and yet the weight loss industry is booming and doctors all over the world continue to worry about the state of the nation’s (and the world’s) health.  Too much fast food, too much fat, too much salt.  Its a bit tiresome really.  I recently came across something that is a lot less demanding – hypnosis for weight loss.  Basically you listen to a mp3 or cd every day for a few weeks and, assuming you actually do want to lose weight, the hypnosis helps your mind to hear and repeat positive messages about weight loss (and healthy eating and exercise).  The result is that you actually want to do all the good things and avoid all the bad things and it doesn’t feel quite so boring anymore.  Gotta be worth a go.
