Hidden Automobile Accident Spinal Injuries

Soft-tissue or hidden injuries from auto accidents are common.  It’s been my experience that 30-40% of my adult patients spinal problems began with a car accident years before.

Signs of a hidden or soft-tissue injury can include: Neck stiffness, headaches, muscle spasms, neck or back pain, numbness and tingling, difficultly sleeping, irritability, memory loss, fatigue, poor concentration, or arm/leg pain and burning.

In most cases, the cause of these problems can’t be corrected with drugs, rest or exercises.  An accurate diagnosis and specific spinal correction is needed to get to the root cause of the injury.

The most safe and effective treatment that I’ve found in treating over 3.000 people injured in car accidents includes: gentle spinal adjustments, myofascial release (specific muscle therapy) low level laser and specific spinal exercises.

My best advice – don’t give up and live with you pain.
