Comparing Prepaid Cell Phone Plans

I managed to find some prepaid phone plans that looked good. One of them was from a long time prepaid service provider. It had a minimum of $20 every three months. The money would roll from month to month. This sounded great. However,, it was twenty cents per minute for talk time and ten cents per text. That seemed like a lot. It would be okay if my children didn’t really need it, but when they did that would add up fast.
