I was reading a very interesting article in a sports magazine the other day. It was a golf article, and it was talking about how to fix a slice. One thing that I never really thought about was the difference between left handed and right handed golfers, but I guess it would make a difference on which way the ball slices. The article talked about how amateurs overuse the slice, and that professionals have more control. I love to golf and I would love to know how to fix my slice, it seems to me that all I ever do is to lose golf balls.

One of my favorite memories has to be hanging out with my friends on our skateboards. We weren’t very good at skating, but we loved to try and pretend like we were good. There was this skate park near our house that we would hang out at all summer long. We all had Vans Classic Slip On shoes that we wore because that is what the real skate boarders liked to wear. It had nothing to do with our skill level, only that we wanted to pretend that we were the real deal. What great memories that we created out there.

My son and his friends are planning a vacation to go snowboarding in Colorado. They need to buy all new snowboards because their older ones are almost worn out. My son and his friends want to find the best brand so that these boards will last them through several winter vacations. However, they do not want to spend several hundred dollars for each board. Where could they find good quality boards for less than $200 each? This is the amount that they have all saved back to purchase new boards. They need to buy 4, but would consider buying 5 if they find a better deal.

Jill is one of my best friends, and she and I are almost always cooking up plans for some fun time together. Luckily we pretty much share the same taste in hobbies and leisure time activities in general. We both love to be outdoors and to do nearly anything in the ocean, for example. Today she sent me an email asking where can I rent a jet ski, and I have to confess that it took me a minute to think of how to figure that out. We live a few hours away from a place to do that, so luckily we got the info on the web.

My husband has worn the same brand name shoe forever and refuses to try anything else. I guess I can’t blame him though because I like my own brand too and he doesn’t ask me to switch. When I saw a sale going on though for k swiss mens shoes, I bought him a pair. His were looking really old and worn and I was sure if he tried this brand he would love them. Our son in law recommended trying this brand, or at leas that is what I told my husband when he looked at me like I was crazy. Of course, my husband seems to have gotten attached to them fast.

After I received a new paintball gun for christmas, I’ve been shopping for a new Carbon Fiber Barrel to upgrade my gun. I’ve looked at a lot of aluminum barrels and compared them to the carbon fiber (”CF”) ones, and I must say the CF versions are so much lighter that I am sold on having one. I tried shooting one on my friend’s gun and I was surprised that it actually seemed to make the gun shoot quieter in addition to being so much lighter. As soon as I save up the cash, I will definitely be upgrading my paintball gun with one of these lightweight barrels.
