We Just Ordered Our Conference Bags

Sometimes when you are planning a large event, there is one thing that you do that seems to make the whole thing “real”. We have been discussing so many aspects of this project and we never really did anything so concrete as we had today when we ordered our conference bags for the participants. This made the entire thing feel so much more real and we now have an actual item that will arrive and make it seem even more real than it does today! We are all quite excited about this since we are a new organisation and we are all experiencing these steps for the first time.
