Oh lord I need some professional photography for my wedding fast

I’m starting to wish I never made the jump from girlfriend to fiancé. Its so difficult getting everything organised for this wedding but I’m telling you that the hardest thing about it all is working out what the best professional wedding photography is?! I mean how on earth can you possibly know who’s the best. I don’t want to pay rock bottom and end up with totally pants photos but I don’t want look through amazing portfolios and albums, long for it then totally regret getting trapped by it all and ultimately getting ripped off. Advice anyone? I only get my big day once!
