Mom’s Call Recording Log

My mom works as a customer service representative for the power company, which is the perfect job for her. She loves people, and she loves talking, and is the only person I know who could do it all day long and still enjoy it day after day! I swear, if her boss every listened to the call recording log from her calls, they wouldn’t have anything bad to say, other than the fact that she probably talks too much to the customers. I mean, I’ve listened to her answer calls before, and before you know it, she’s chatting with the person like they are long lost friends.
