Johns favorite Alternative Investments

John is a lumberjack from Northumberland. His job is steady and he does not necessarily have any special time of the year when he is more busy, but he makes a load more money during the winter months, as any jobs he may do are charged at double rates due to the increased difficulty of working conditions. For example, something I didnt know, the trees are far harder during the winter months because the core of the tree can actually freeze, therefore increasing his time and effort. All that cash goes straight into an Alternative Investment, and often he triples his profits on the returns.
