Tina has been helping her manager with setting up teams for their new project. Whenever a new project comes in it is her job to help set it up. She has been working here for nearly four years. They only started using pm software last year. It has made a big difference in the quality and the time it takes to complete projects. Everyone is always aware of what is happening every step of the way. If there are any problems, the project team is on it immediately and can get it corrected very fast. It makes projects get completed much faster than the old system.
