Environmental Representative Jobs

An environmental representative works on commercial contracts to address a variety of environmental issues for their clients. Environmental representatives represent their companies on a wide range of disciplines such as assessment of air, land, and water contamination, environmental impact assessment, environmental audit, and waste management. They also opine on the development of environmental policy and environmental management systems. Environmental representatives operate in a very commercial environment and senior staff may be required to help attract future clients for the business. Typical work activities of the environmental representative include conducting field surveys similar to collecting data to establish a baseline condition for levels of pollution and data interpretation. The environmental representative job candidate should at least be a graduate in relevant degree subjects which include biological sciences, environmental and earth sciences, chemical and physical sciences, and urban and land studies.
