Accident Leads to Training

We had an accident last week and one of the employees got hurt out on the warehouse floor. He’ll be fine, but now we’re going to have to conduct a forklift safety training class for everyone to attend. I’m putting together a slide show and there will be personal demonstrations of what they’re doing right as well as the things they’re doing wrong. The employees have got to think when they’re out there. They get into their own little world and forget that others even exist. The accident that happened could have been avoided. Next time, we might not be quite so lucky.
