Used Honda Payments

I was hoping that my husband was going to get on the same plan that I am on with this money thing, but I do not think that is going to happen at this point. I just can not get him to see that we can not buy a Used Honda until we have the cash to pay for it. I really do not want to take out a loan for this car. I do not think that we can afford the payments at this point in our life. I am not sure how he thinks we can make payments.
