Last night we had the best barbecue yet. It has taken my husband a while to get the hang of cooking the burgers or steaks to just the right amount of perfection. Keeping the temperature right is a bit tricky too. Now we have added a secret weapon to our technique. We use a bbq spray that adds both aroma and flavor to anything we throw on the grill. I can’t believe the difference, and neither can our friends. I also like that these sprays are non-sticking so we can get the meat back off the grill when it is cooked without ripping it to shreds in the process. Barbecuing has gotten much better lately.

When I started working at a car dealership, I felt completely out of my comfort zone. They talked about things I had never even heard about. I was hearing words and phrases like Auto Trigger Leads, engine turn overs, and credit scores. I knew that I did not have very much experience with selling cars, but now I just feel ridiculous. I better figure out what all these terms mean before they fire me. I really need this job, so I am willing to work really hard to keep it. There has to be something I can do to become more car savvy.

This weekend our boss is making us come in to do some extra training outside of our usual training that we do. This particular session is going to be manual handling training. Apparently there has been more of a need for this kind of thing lately and the boss wants to make sure that we are all aware of the situation. The new workers are not going to know what is going on, but that is because this info is for our ears only. I used to be upset about weekend stuff like this, but now i realize why we do it .
